AshNet collects only the information necessary to operate your account: your email address, subscription status, and payment records processed by our payment provider. We do not collect or store your IP address, DNS queries, browsing history, connection timestamps, or the content of your traffic. Our infrastructure is designed so that this data never exists on our servers.
Your email address is used to authenticate your account and send service-related communications (subscription confirmations, password resets, and critical security notices). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
AshNet operates a strict no-log policy. We do not log, monitor, or record: VPN session start/end times, IP addresses assigned to your session, the websites or services you access, DNS queries made through our servers, traffic content or metadata, or the duration or volume of individual sessions. This policy is enforced at the infrastructure level and verified through annual independent audits.
We use third-party payment processors to handle billing. These processors receive only the payment information necessary to complete a transaction and are bound by their own privacy policies. AshNet does not receive or store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Account data (email, subscription status) is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team via Telegram or email.
